Join Angela in finding your flow thru a gentle yoga class open to all levels, including those who are new to yoga. We will warm up the body with a alignment-based vinyasa flow & will finish the class in restorative postures with Thai therapeutics & aromatherapy to soothe body & mind.
When: Tuesday from 19:00h-20:15h & Thursday from 11-12:00h
We will use props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters and straps to allow for the body to feel fully supported & ultimately give you the power to heal yourself.

Zoe is a clinical Pilates expert. It doesn't matter about size, shape, previous levels of fitness or injury. Niggles and injuries are in fact very welcome. Prior to a class you will attend a personalised 1:1 assessment and muscle activation session so that you can get the absolute best out of the classes. You will leave each class feeling longer, leaner, stronger and each time a little bit wiser about your problem, why it is there, and how to get it better for the future.
When: Mondays & Wednesdays at 10h
NB. To enter a Pilates class you must have had at least one private class or Physio session for assessment purposes. Fisioplus Pilates classes are very specific and objective focused, it is not like going to your local gym for classes. After that you may try a class with no obligation to sign up for free.

When: Tuesdays, 10 am – 11 am from Feb 21st - March 28th (6 week course)
For pregnant ladies of all trimesters and for post natal mums and their babies.
This class will give you the chance to take time out of your regular schedule and give you the opportunity to nourish yourself and your relationship with your baby.

Led by Joanna O’Meally a UK trained Hatha Yoga Teacher specialising in Pregnancy and Post Natal yoga.
During the practice we will focus on correct way to breath, body alignment in every asana to let the body to open peacefully, This will help us align the soul, mind and body. Each of us is unique and so i center individually to adjust every student to help him or her to delves deeper into the asana and focus the mind to the practice. All classes end with a deep relaxation which allows us to enter into Shunia state.

Today she teaches a guided class and Mysore classes where she creates an environment for her students to use their practice to the fullest.
