Hatha Yoga Gentle and Flow information:

If I do not go within, I go without’
Amy's intention is to help guide to create a calm, clear & blissful mind. To allow you to connect internally, realise your true potential & explore the curiosity within. Directing awareness, connecting mind, body & breath. Each class’ aim will be different, explained with clear instructions & focus. Classes will be accessible. Some asanas proving challenging depending on our unique body. Amy aim's to assist with alignments with your positive approach. Yoga is also our attitude towards ourselves, mind, body & soul & how we relate to others. You will leave feeling nourished with a sense of inner peace.

Amy teaches Hatha yoga, gentle and flow. Her style of teaching is sometimes to focus particularly on one area or aim, to have a more "general" class, or to use here Ashtanga background to keep classes interesting, but more importantly to help us develop a well-rounded practice and continue to grow. Sometimes we will hold longer, sometimes there will be more flow, to allow us to feel and benefit fully from each asana - depending on our class aim. She also keeps within traditions of the yoga practice, if you attend on or around a full or new moon, classes will be more gentle, allowing us to have a more meditative practice.

When:
Tuesdays 7pm & Fridays 1pm

N.B. You must register for theses classes, only 8 spaces available

Cost:
first class with Amy 7 Euro. There after:
- Drop in: 10 Euros - after these 9 classes the 10th class will be FREE!!
- Pre-paid: 80 Euros - for 10 classes
* With both options, classes must be used within 4 months of your first class.

About:
Amy is a Hatha and Ashtanga qualified teacher. Her knowledge and training is from Rishikesh, India. Amy is British, and has been living in Spain since August 2017. She has travelled the world where she has taught in retreats and centres. She is now based in Barcelona on a permanent basis, starting her own group practices in the city. Yoga has helped her cultivate a healthy mind & positive way of thinking. This is why she decided to share & support others through the power of yoga. Amy is also a qualified pre-natal yoga teacher and yoga trapeze instructor.

Fisioplus Pilates

Zoe is a clinical Pilates expert. It doesn't matter about size, shape, previous levels of fitness or injury. Niggles and injuries are in fact very welcome. Prior to a class you will attend a personalised 1:1 assessment and muscle activation session so that you can get the absolute best out of the classes. You will leave each class feeling longer, leaner, stronger and each time a little bit wiser about your problem, why it is there, and how to get it better for the future.

When: Mondays & Wednesdays at 10h

NB. To enter a Pilates class you must have had at least one private class or Physio session for assessment purposes. Fisioplus Pilates classes are very specific and objective focused, it is not like going to your local gym for classes. After that you may try a class with no obligation to sign up for free.

Cost:
Private Pilates session 1:1 - 70€
bono of 5 classes for 300€

Fisioplus Pilates Classes (max 5 per group)
individual class pay as you go - 20€ and bono of 10 (classes 2*wk) - 160€

Zoe is a UK trained Chartered Physiotherapist with 14 years of clinical experience. Over the years she has worked in many clinics and hospitals throughout London alongside some of the UK´s top Spinal, Orthopaedic and Neurosurgeons as well as recognised and well thought of Sports Physicians.

PRE_NATAL INFORMATION:

Pre-natal yoga is a gentle yoga practice and brilliant to help ease back pain, start to open your hips, for you to start to learn how to breath deeper and longer in preparation for Labour, and with the opportunity just to RELAX! You will have some very well deserved YOU time, and start to deepen the connection with yourself and your baby

When:
Fridays at 12.00 noon - 45 mins

N.B: You must consult your doctor that you are fit and healthy and it is safe for you to attend. Classes are suitable for the 2nd or 3rd Trimester, up to around 36-38 weeks. Only 6 spaces available.

PRICE:
- 10 Euro for a drop in
- Pre-paid package of 5 classes for 40 Euro

Martyna Szymkowiak :

Martyna started practicing yoga back in in 2011 when she suffered an unlucky basketball accident that left her with a right knee that needed four surgeries.
She started practicing meditation and gentle yoga sequences in a local studio in Germany right after
she’s got out of the hospital.

She was instantly hooked and started to follow the
yoga lifestyle.
In the last eight years, she took part in various yoga workshops, trainings and classes in Europe, Asia and the US.
Her goal is to share with you the most essential tools that she’s learned about mindfulness, gratitude, Buddhism, concentration & meditation,
yoga anatomy, spiritual intelligence and more without making you feel overwhelmed and lost.
Her practices are highly effective and adjusted to today’s fast-pace lifestyles and demands.
Besides giving private OM yoga classes in Barcelona, Martyna also co-hosts yoga retreats for Mend (The #1 self care app for breakups & beyond.
Named “Best of 2018” by Apple & “A Personal Trainer for Heartbreak” by The New York Times).
