REVOLUTIONARY POSTPARTUM WORKOUT CLASSES WITH YOUR BABY
The classes have a female personal trainer who is the mother of two and a specialist in postpartum exercises and workout programs to get and stay fit. All the exercises can be adapted for each client as they progress into the workout.
This method can help avoid postpartum depression, get you back in shape, and help you stay fit. Your baby is always by your side and has space to run around. If the kids need us, the trainer will entertain them, or they can even join in the workout. The kids usually enjoy watching their moms exercise.
One hour classes in small groups, every Tuesday from 10 to 11am
THE FIRST CLASS IS ALWAYS FREE!
Space limited to 5 places. If we have more mums interested we will open a new group.
Bring: a yoga mat, a blanket for your baby, and anything else you or your little one might need. And don´t forget your water!
If you introduce three mums to our program, you get a free class!

Price per session
12€ per class or 40€ for a package of 4 classes. Pay the trainer in cash at class.

Your baby needs to be at least 6 weeks old if you had a vaginal birth, or 8 weeks if you had a C-section.
Children up to 5 years old can attend the classes.
We recommend that new moms check with their doctor first to make sure it's okay to work out.
