Absolutely anybody can do Pilates with Zoe! It doesn't matter about size, shape, previous levels of fitness or injury. Prior to a class you'll attend a personalised 1:1 assessment so that you get the most out of the classes.
Gentle Flow & Restore Yoga
A rejuvenating class with personalized attention. Evening class is mixed with alignment-based vinyasa and restorative postures with aromatherapy & Thai therapeutic massage.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A class which is dynamic and flows smoothly moving through postures to lengthen and strengthen the body and mind. It is the perfect mid week class to reground and refresh you for the rest of the work.
